Orange Arrow Applying for University College Financial Aid

Use the following steps to apply for financial aid through University College:

1. Complete the Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. Apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov
a.) Click here for an informative short video about completing the FAFSA ("The Five-Minute FAFSA") on YouTube.com.

2. Choose from a), b), or c) below and follow instructions for your selection.
a.) New, stepped-out returning (absent from aid process for one or more years) and first-time aid applicants must complete the appropriate University College application form. You must submit a signed copy of your and your parent's/spouse's (if applicable) Federal Tax Return and W-2 earning statements from the last calendar year. Bring, mail, or fax all the completed forms and documentation to the University College Financial Aid Office located at 700 University Ave., Syracuse, New York 13244. Fax #: 315-443-6689.

b.) Continuing-returning students complete the online application, if course load projected to be different than six (6) credits per term, wishing to request work-study, or changing loan request amounts.

c.) Summer aid application required for all students who plan to attend in summer terms.
